(c-d) A549 cells were transfected with NC or HMGB1. Next, western blot was used to determine HMGB1 expression in A549-DDP cells and in transfected A549 cells. qRT-PCR (c) and Western blot (d) were used to determine the interference efficiency of HMGB1.
