Overexpression of IL-6 reversed the effect of USP14 shRNA on the NRF2 signaling pathway in LPS-treated GMECs. LPS-treated GMECs were transfected with USP14 shRNA alone or together with CMV-IL-6, the protein expression levels of the NF-κB pathway and the NRF signaling pathway were detected by Western blotting and the grayscale was analyzed by using ImageJ software
