MTS researched the cell proliferation ability in the established EZH2 overexpression and knockdown cell models. A and C showed the BXPC-3 cells, B and D showed the HPDE6-C7 cells. MTS results are presented as a percentage of control, where the absorbance values of the treatment group are divided by the absorbance values of the control group and multiplied by 100 to give a percentage value. *,**,*** represented significant differences between the different of EZH2 stable transfected cells models, P < 0.05, P < 0.01, and P < 0.001, respectively
