COVID-19 caused a series of biological course changes in cancer patients, which have rendered the original treatment ineffective. GINS1 was reported to promote antigen recognition and involve cancer development. GINS1 has been considered to be a promising target for the treatment of cancer patients infected with COVID-19. The eight compounds have been found to target GINS1 as potential small molecule inhibitors for the clinical treatments of cancer patients infected with COVID-19
