0–4 h embryos from wild-type and wispy^OE mutants were collected at 29° C, respectively. Embryos were stained with an antibody against Eve. Eve stripes were measured by ImageJ. Data were analyzed by using student t-test (p-value of 0.05) and reported as means ± SE
