Delusions

These are false beliefs that are not based in reality

Hallucinations

Seeing or hearing things that aren’t there.

Disorganized thinking

Using words and sentences that don’t make sense to others.

Extremely disorganized or abnormal motor behavior

Acting in an odd or repetitive way, like walking in circles or writing all the time, or sitting perfectly still and quiet for hours on end.

Negative symptoms

This refers to reduced or lack of ability to function normally.
